At Ecoplastech Inc, our mission is to provide innovative next-generation solutions to a rising environmental crisis – plastic pollution. The alarming rise in consumption of plastic products has not only polluted our lands, but also our lakes and oceans, harming the thriving well-balanced ecosystem of animals and plants that inhabit our surroundings. This has driven us to find alternative greener solutions to permanently replace plastic from our daily lives. The solution comes in the form of our organic and green products that are biodegradable and  compostable and will therefore, not linger in our environment for years. Traditional plastic products take around 100-400 years to break down, thus lingering in our landfills, water bodies, suffocating sea turtles and killing fishes. Alternatively, Ecoplastech’s 100% biodegradable multi-purpose bags made from cellulose, starch extracts and vegetable oil derivatives look and feel like plastic, but contain no petroleum-based plastic polymers and hence, pose no threat to the environment. Instead of taking 100-400 years to break down, these naturally made certified biodegradable products will disintegrate harmlessly in the environment in as short as 60 to 180 days, leaving behind no micro-plastic residues. Furthermore, our environmentally friendly food packaging products, cutlery and straws are made from renewable natural resources like sugarcane fibre, bagasse or polylactic acid (PLA). They are certified compostable and can be processed at your nearest compost facility.
